The Organization for Sustainametrics respects the privacy of visitors to this website and takes the utmost care in handling and managing their personal information. 6. Procedures for Responding to Requests for Disclosure of Retained Personal Data

If payment is not received within the prescribed period, we will send back the document you sent as if you had not requested disclosure, etc. (* Additional fees may be charged depending on the nature of the request for disclosure, etc. In such cases, a written estimate will be provided in advance.    The provision of personal information is at the discretion of the individual. However, if you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide some or all of our services to you.

11. Governing Law

    The handling and management of personal information obtained by The Organization for Sustainametrics and the validity and interpretation of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

12. Agreed Jurisdiction

    The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any disputes related to personal information obtained by the Organization and this Personal Information Protection Policy.
